1. Services Offered

 

Viziwall.com provides information about and facilitates the rental of various LED display solutions, including flat LED panels, curved screens, and 90° LED boxes, along with associated services such as setup, technical support, and removal. While our Site offers details about our services, actual rental agreements for equipment and services will be subject to a separate, formal Rental Agreement signed by both parties.

 

2. Use of the Site

 

• Eligibility: By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or are visiting the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

• Permitted Use: You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site.

• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Site to:

4. Quotations and Rental Agreements

 

• Quotations: Any pricing or service descriptions provided on the Site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer. All quotes for rental services are subject to specific project requirements, equipment availability, and a formal written quotation.

• Rental Agreement: All actual rentals of LED equipment and associated services are governed by a separate Rental Agreement that will be provided to you upon inquiry and prior to any booking confirmation. This separate agreement will detail specific terms regarding rental periods, equipment specifications, pricing, payment terms, delivery, setup, breakdown, liability, cancellation policies, and other relevant conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement shall prevail concerning the specific rental services.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viziwall.com, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
